Symptom

A connection test to an OData Datastore will fail with an error message similar to:

Test failed for the default configuration 'default' of datastore: 'DATASTORE_NAME':
Failed to connect to Broker. Connection to server at '127.0.0.1:4001' failed: Connection refused: connect (local port 49876 to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port 4001 to address 127.0.0.1)
