• An error occurs during the depreciation posting run for scheduled asset accounting jobs with instruction to open incident in FI-AA.
• Depreciation posting is successful, but output log details are not generated even when run in update mode.
• Depreciation run is successful, but no results are generated.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

1. Schedule a depreciation posting run for Schedule Asset Accounting Jobs app.
2. Select Detailed output in the job selection parameters.
3. Enter the selection parameters.
4. Execute the depreciation posting run.
5. Observe that the depreciation posting is successful, but the output log details are not generated, or no results are produced.

The issue is caused by the size of the data to be processed. The selection parameters for Detailed output, combined with the large volume of data exceed the system's capacity to generate a spool for the output.

1. Change the job selection parameters to use an option other than Detailed output.
2. Reduce the number of company codes and ledgers included in the selection parameters.
3. Create multiple depreciation jobs with fewer company codes and ledgers to distribute the data load.
4. Test different combinations of parameters to identify a configuration that allows successful execution with detailed output.
