Symptom

  • When attempting to upload an attachment in the Warehouse Monitor, the system terminates with a short dump; or
  • A success message (/SCWM/ATTACHMENTS 002) is displayed, but the attachment does not appear when accessing the corresponding business object, such as an inbound delivery.
