3696633 - Unable to remove or nullify users' managers

When running the User Connector or User Connector - SF to remove or nullify users' managers, a warning message is shown at the connector's results:

"The Primary Supervisor cannot be removed as the user has alternate supervisors specified."

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > CONNECTORS >
2. Configure the connector to remove or nullify users' managers >
3. Execute the connector >
4. After the connector consumes the file, notice that the users remain with their managers (that is, the info was not removed) >
5. Navigate to the connector's page > View Results > for the execution in question, click on 'View Details' >
6. Notice the warning message with the code 1256.

Users that have Alternate Managers can't have their primary manager removed nor nullified.

Before trying to remove / nullify the users' primary managers, please first remove the Alternate Managers.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
