3696638 - Notification for Position Follow-up Processes Failed for Termination UI - Employee Central

When terminating a user via UI, a Position Follow-up process is failed but it is not clear what is the issue.

1. Terminate Employee via MSS/ESS;
2. Receive an email for follow-up process failed;
3. Check Admin Tools;
4. There is an error but no clear directions about what to do; 

There is a raise message rule assigned in the object position that prevented the follow-up to be completed successfully. 

Collect a rule trace of the termination process, check if there are any raise messages of type "error". Disable the rule or change its conditions to ensure that the raise message will not be raised. 

If there are errors in position, the raise message will show in the follow-u processes. The same behavior will happen if the raise message is in job information and the change is done directly in position.
