3696644 - Error Message When Revoking Accepted Shortages in Monitor Material Coverage

In the "Monitor Material Coverage" app shortages cannot be revoked through the app. When clicking in the "Revoke Acceptance of Shortages" option the message "Accepted shortages of the selected materials could not be revoked" occurs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to 'Monitor Material Coverage' app
2. Select a material
3. Click in "Revoke Acceptance of Shortages" option
4. Message "Accepted shortages of the selected materials could not be revoked" is displayed.

The message "Accepted shortages of the selected materials could not be revoked" occurs when the selected material does not have an accepted shortage.

1. To find materials with accepted shortages, display the table column "Shortage Accepted".
2. Select the material with Shortage Accepted
3. Click in the "Revoke Acceptance of Shortages" option.
