3696656 - Assessment Integration Initiation Failed Due to Expired SAP SuccessFactors SSL Certificate - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • The assessment vendor reports an error related to the expired SAP SuccessFactors SSL Certificate, such as "The SAML assertion has expired".
  • The assessment status shows "Initiation Failed".
  • In Event Notification Audit Log, the rcm_assessment_alert_v2 status shows "RETRYING" but no response has been received from the vendor.

Cause

The SAP SuccessFactors SSL Certificate installed on the vendor side has expired and requires renewal.
