3696687 - Sync Employee Central Dependents with Benefits Job failing

• After activating the "Latest Overview Benefits" feature, the "Sync Employee Central Dependents with Benefits" job failed to complete successfully.
• Error message: "Error occurred. com.successfactors.db.dao.DAOException: thrown could not extract ResultSet".

1. Activate the "Latest Overview Benefits" feature in the environment.
2. Run the "Sync Employee Central Dependents with Benefits" job.

Issue arose due to long-running job not completing the synchronization of multiple employees when the legal entity has a large number of active employees.

1. The job execution has been optimized to ensure it completes sooner.
2. An option has been introduced to run the job only for active users or only for inactive users. The default option is to run for active users only.
3. As a workaround, execute the job in smaller batches of worker IDs belonging to the legal entity.
