3696724 - tooltips not visible after migration from sap jam to workzone

After migrating from SAP JAM to Work Zone, tooltips for content are no longer visible. 

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Log in to SAP Work Zone.
2. Click on Library.
3. Under Medical Insurance or Templates, open any content.
4. Once the content opens, observe the comment section. Below it, the photo and video upload buttons are visible, but their tooltips are not appearing.

The reported issues are caused by two separate defects.

• content action tooltips are not displayed due to a known rendering issue in the comment section. 
• the Post button text is not visible because the Hyperlink color defined in the Local Theme is incorrectly applied to the Post button text, resulting in insufficient contrast between the text and the button background

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed in 2512B and 2513B release (Release date: Dec. 26, 2025 and Jan 22, 2026).
