Symptom
- Inability to retrieve the price data from the purchase scheduling agreement due to the absence of a linking Core Data Service (CDS) between the purchase scheduling agreement and the price.
- Even if condition information is maintained in the Scheduling Agreement (SA), the condition in the Purchase Info Record (PIR) created through the purchase scheduling agreement remains empty.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- When creating a purchase scheduling agreement, select 'Info Record Update with plant (if no plant ban) (B)' and maintain the relevant condition data.
- Scheduling Agreement (SA) and the Purchase Info Record (PIR) created.
- Upon checking the CDS view I_SchedgAgrmtItmApi01, the PIR number has been generated, but the condition data is empty in the PIR.
Cause
The standard system limitation prevents the purchase info record created by the scheduling agreement from containing valid conditions.
Resolution
Use the CDS view "I_SchedgAgrmtItmCndnAPI01" (Scheduling Agreement Item Conditions) to view the scheduling agreement condition data.
