Symptom

While implementing an SAP Note via transaction SNOTE. an error occurs with SHI3 object indicated by a red traffic light.

The error message states:

Short Text:
Object cannot be created again. Object CUS0 <object name> missing.

Diagnosis:
As part of the change copy activities, the system attempts to create the object SHI3 <object name>. However, the prerequisite object CUS0 <object name> is missing, which prevents the creation of the dependent object. This results in an inconsistent state.

System Response:
The system cannot proceed with the creation of the object due to the missing prerequisite.

Procedure:
The message suggests that we should first create the object CUS0 <object name> and then retry the implementation. However, we are unsure how to create this object or which note or configuration step is responsible for it.
