3696820 - top lines of text not displayed when navigating sections in Latest experience of performance management

In the latest experience of the Performance Management form, when navigating from the Form Navigation section to the respective section, the top lines of the text are not displayed.

SAP Successfactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to the Form Navigation section in the Performance Management form.
2. Select the respective section to move to.
3. Observe that the top lines of the text are not displayed upon navigation.

If the configured content is relatively long and contains elements like links that can receive focus, then when navigating to another section and navigating back, the focusable element  (for example, the <a> tag) in that section is automatically scrolled into view, causing the content above it to be covered.

There is a UI change for section description in 2605. In the new UI this issue no longer occurs.

Workaround: Move the focusable element (for example, the <a> tag) to the first row of the section.
