3696875 - Process Step Missing In Widget After Updates in Transformation Script

Customer has updated the transformation script to show include other documents/events but after saving the changes, the process steps/documents are not displaying in the process widgets even though the items were successfully extracted and data is showing in preview in the business objects.

SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

1. In Process Intelligence pipeline > Business Object > Adjust the code to use EBAN-BANPR (Flexible workflow) to denote event "Release PR Item" instead of using classic workflow configurations.
2. In the widget Process Discovery, set 'Activities' and 'Paths' to 100%. Ensure no filters are set for the hide the "Release PR Item"

Result: "Release PR Item" is not displaying as an event in the widget

• The transformation script in the PR event collector did not include the necessary configurations to map and display the "Release PR Item" step in Process Discovery.

If changes were made in the transformation script in the PR event collector, customer will need to re-run T&L to update the data and reflect in the widgets.
