Symptom
- Users are unable to view story reports due to username being blank/null in Successfactors People Analytics.
- IPS sync fails or succeeds with username blank/null, causing issues with story listing.
- Error message: "The request to create an entity has failed with: 409 Conflict. The attempt to retrieve the existing entity from the target system was unsuccessful. No resource found from https://<analyticsdomain>.<datacenter_region>.analytics.cloud.sap/api/v1/scim/Users?filter=userName eq 'B4AD5B76B9734967A324925A4B669AAD'".
- SAC check tool shows "1 issue found" due to username being blank/null.
- Searching by SAC ID returns user details correctly, including username, but searching by Person GUID returns "totalResults": 0.
- Searching by email address returns user details, but username is blank/null.
