3696897 - Creation of STR is possible, even though contract quantity is fully consumed.– SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

For quantity contract, STO is created, and quantity of contract is fully consumed. Now if you try to create a new STR, you can still assign the same contract and item into the STR without any error.
