3696987 - Form template variant generates incorrect language version

• A form template variant is set up with both Italian and English versions.
• When logging in with Italian as the user language and generating the form, the output is always in English.
• The issue persists even after:
• Changing the Country/Region setting to different values.
• Changing the Master Template Usage.
• In all scenarios, the PDF form generates only in English and not in Italian.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Sales work center.
2. Go to Sales Orders work center view.
3. Open the Sales Order .
4. From Actions, click Preview.
5. Form is generated in English instead of Italian.

The language for the Sales Order was set to English at the time of creation. Changing the owner's language to Italian after creation does not alter the already generated form's language version.

1. Ensure the language is set to the desired one (e.g., Italian) at the time of Sales Order creation.
2. Verify the language settings in the form template maintenance to confirm the intended language is properly configured.
3. Create a new Sales Order with the correct language settings to confirm the issue is resolved.
