3697038 - The inspection lot number fails to appear in the Result History app

Symptom

In the Result History application, applying filters for material and plant results in missing inspection lots. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Result History" application.
  2. Filter by material and plant ID.
  3. Search for the inspection lot number in the application.
  4. Observe that the inspection lot number is not displayed in the report.

Resolution

  • The application is designed to display the results history for quantitative characteristics that are in status '3' (valuated) or '5' (closed).
  • To evaluate quantitative characteristics, access the Result History app. Make sure inspection results are valuated or closed before attempting to view them.
