3697052 - Failure in Data Training for Sales Document Completion in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

According to the test script of scope item Sales Order Automation (73P), more than 1,000 data records are required for valid training. A sales order with multiple sales document items has been created successfully; however, the system is not selecting the sales order as test data.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the App "Intelligent Scenario Management".
  2. Choose the line of the intelligent scenario as "SLS_DOC_AUTO_COMPLTN".
  3. Choose the model as "SLS_DOC_AUTO_COMPLTN" and choose "Train".

Cause

The training data configuration includes only sales documents with an overall status of "Completed", excluding those related to archived customers.

Resolution

Check the status of the sales order. Only sales orders with an overall status of "Completed" are considered as training data.
