3697071 - Notification emails blocked due to SAP IP Blocklisting

• SuccessFactors notification emails are blocked or quarantined.
• IPs 35.214.208.81 and 35.214.213.218 are classified as untrusted by mail servers, resulting in automatic filtering.

The issue was identified as one of the four public outbound IPs (35.214.208.81) were blacklisted by Spamhaus, which resulted in email delivery failures. 

Spamhaus was engaged to allowlist the IP address and mail notifications should be functioning already. In case you are still encountering issues regarding this, please engage LOD-SF-PLT-NOT.
