3697091 - Header link text color not respecting the setting in Theme Manager

Symptom

When trying to change the text color for a link in the portlet header from Fine Tunes > Portlets, it does not take effective in the theme.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Theme Manager
  2. Select a Horizon-based theme
  3. From Fine Tunes > Portlets
  4. Try to change the Header Link Text color and see it does not get effective in the portlets

Cause

The portlet header link color customization setting is only applicable to Legacy pages. For Horizon pages, this setting is not applied anywhere in the page rendering, so link color changes will not be visible or take effect.

Resolution

To preview how the portlet header link color customization appears, select "Legacy" as the preview styling option, from the page top.
