OS: Windows 2012R2 Build 9600 on X86_64
No need 'admin' privilege to launch dbisql.
New install of IQ

DB: Versn: 16.1.050.2916/15831/P/SP05.15/MS/Windows 2016/64bit/2025-03-10 15:03:41
On a new windows server: Windows 2019 Build 17763 on X86_64
On this IQ server, DBISQL runs from an account (having admin authorization) without any problems.
But it fails with a technical account (not having ADMIN authorization):
