Symptom

During implementation of SAP Note 3562854 - Error RSBK017: Invalid Call of the Function Module CL_RSDTIS_ERROR_HANDLER, the following error occurs:

Method GET_EXPERT_ROUTINE does not exist. 
The following methods with similar names do exist:
"GET_START_ROUTINE" and "GET_END_ROUTINE"
