3697156 - Work Permit data not visible for employees with multiple employments in Latest People Profile

Symptom

Employees with multiple employments are unable to view Work Permit data in the Latest People Profile.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as an employee with multiple employments.
  2. Navigate to their profile and verify that there is no data for the Work Permit portlet under the Employment Information section.
  3. Proxy as an employee with a single employment.
  4. Navigate to their profile and verify that Work Permit data is visible.
  5. Confirm both employees are part of the same Permission Role.
