3697175 - DRC Peru - Reversed Documents at Peru Sales Ledger

Symptom

For Peru Sales Ledger, the following fields of the report are left blank for reversed documents.

  • Type of Fiscal ID (TaxNumberType)
  • Fiscal ID (TaxNumber1)

Furthermore, field Customer Name (CustomerName) is set as 'Void' (when logged in English) or 'No válidos/as' (when logged in Spanish).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access app Run Statutory Report
  2. Select Report Name PE_SALES_LEDGER
  3. Choose Activity Peru Sales Ledger
  4. Create New Run
  5. Check the results from the report.

Resolution

Expected system behavior.

By standard, the report shows the "Type of Fiscal ID" and "Fiscal ID" fields as blank/empty for reversed documents.
And, for the "Customer Name" field, the report shows the value "Void" (when logged in English language) or "No válidos/as" (when logged in Spanish language) for reversed documents.
