3697179 - Configured Session timeout redirect URL does not work in SuccessFactors when using OIDC type Corporate IDP in IAS

Symptom

  • When a user session times out in the SAP SuccessFactors Platform, the configured session timeout redirect URL does not work as expected.
  • The session timeout redirect URL has been configured per https://me.sap.com/notes/3320155/E
  • After clicking "Login" following the session timeout, users are redirected to the landing page (/LandingPage_logout.html) instead of the configured redirect URL.
  • The issue occurs when users log in via SSO through the corporate IDP that uses OIDC type. The behavior is correct when logging in with regular IAS credentials and password.
