3697184 - LOAD_PROGRAM_CLASS_MISMATCH dump occurs when running report RS_ABAP_SETUP_ANALYSIS

While implementing one of the SAP Notes for remote ATC checks as listed in SAP Note 2270689, a side effect is encountered. After performing the required manual post-implementation steps, an attempt to run the report RS_ABAP_SETUP_ANALYSIS fails and results in a short dump with the runtime error LOAD_PROGRAM_CLASS_MISMATCH.

This prevents the successful completion of the setup required for the remote ATC checks.
