3697197 - MDF Change History Data audit report returns blank when selecting the user in External Code field

Symptom

  • When running the change audit report "MDF Change History Data", the report returns blank results when searching for a user via external code and selecting the user.
  • If the external code is directly entered without selecting a user, the audit report generates records successfully.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the "Change Audit Report" page.
  2. Go to "Create Business Data Report" and select the "MDF Change History Data" report.
  3. Search for a user using the external code and select the user.
  4. Run the audit report; the report returns blank results.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

Workaround

  1. Directly type only the external code in the search bar without selecting the user.
  2. Run the audit report; the report should generate records successfully.
