• An unexpected restriction message appears when attempting to opt out of a benefit.
• The message displayed is: "Enrollment opt out failed due to the following reasons. Please contact your administrator: alongside the expected configured message.

• Global Benefits module

1. Proxy as the user.
2. Navigate to 'Benefits Overview'.
3. Click the 'Opt Out' button and select the effective date.
4. Click 'Save'; the unexpected restriction message will appear.

• Engineering confirmed that the system appends the message displayed : "Enrollment opt out failed due to the following reasons. Please contact your administrator: alongside the original configured message.
