3697274 - Send Reminder function on My Learning Home Page lists only 20 team members

The Overdue Training Reminder function on My Learning home page lists only 20 team members. This feature allows to review selected users before sending the reminder email, but if the manager has more than 20 team members, you cannot deselect those who are not visible on the list and the email is sent to all of them automatically.

SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to My Learning as a manager with more than 20 team members
2. Find the notification message (example): "85 team members have overdue training. Send a Reminder"
3. Click on "Send a Reminder" and count the listed records, only 20 of them appears
4. Deselect a few records and send the email
5. Run the Email Summary Audit Report and verify the results
6. The report contains more than 20 emails sent, as all previously not listed team members are there as if they would be selected by default

Our Engineering Team have finalized their work and implemented a code fix to resolve this issue. The code fix is planned to be delivered with the 1H2026 major release.
