The PMR is blocked due to the error message: "An error has occurred during conversion of the quantity."  
This causes staging to be blocked for the production orders.

1. Create and release a production order.
2. Execute WM staging for the order.
3. Observe that the PMR status is locked with an error message "An error has occurred during conversion of the quantity."

Missing Unit of Measure (UoM) for products with PMR-based quantity calculation in the Assign Bin to PSA app.

1. Access the Assign Bin to PSA app.
2. Maintain the missing Unit of Measure (UoM) for the specific PMR-based quantity calculation products.
3. Execute staging again for the affected production orders.
