3697330 - Candidate Names Mismatch After Instance Refresh

After an instance refresh, discrepancies are observed between the candidate names in the application and those in the candidate profile.

The most likely cause is the selection made during the preparation for the instance refresh request, where, in the "Template_Data_Anonymization_Config.xlsx" configuration file, the "Candidate Name" field was set to Anonymize = YES.
This choice causes the system to apply "Shuffling Column Values" meaning the actual value of a candidate in a table may take the value of another entry from the same column.
An important detail is that this shuffling of names occurs independently in both the candidate table and the application table.
