Symptom

  • The existing method of bulk downloading onboarding 1.0 documents via SFTP from the Document Center is insufficient for downloading all forms and documents before the module's decommissioning.

SAP Successfactor Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Document Center.
  2. Attempt to download files using SFTP/FTP.

Cause

Need for an alternative solution to bulk download onboarding 1.0 documents due to limitations in the current method.

Resolution

  1. Utilize the existing options to download files from the Document Center using SFTP, FTP, or REST API.
  2. Refer to the following KBAs for detailed instructions:

a. How to download files from Document Center using REST API calls - Onboarding 1.0.  

b. Additional guidance for document downloads. 

Note that no third-party tools are currently available for bulk document downloads.
