3697422 - Central Finance: CO-PA mapping's Sync Structure functionality removes custom characteristics in the Central Finance system

Symptom

In the Central Finance scenario the Central Finance system operates with a single operating concern while the source system operates with multiple operating concerns. Whenever a new operating concern is created or a new CO-PA characteristic is added to the existing operating concerns, Sync Structure needs to be executed in the Central Finance system to incorporate the new field or operating concern into the mapping structure. When Sync Structure is executed the existing CO-PA mappings for custom characteristics are being removed in the Central Finance system while standard characteristics remain.
