3697530 - No Data released after running Release Universal Journal task in Data Monitor

The following error message is received after running the Release Universal Journal task.

"The Release Universal Journal task did not retrieve any data that needs to be transferred from accounting to group reporting. Message no. MSG_FINCS_DRT108"

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Input relevant Global Parameters.
2. Open Data Monitor.
3. Release Universal Journal.
4. Error occurs.

No new data is accessible to be transferred from accounting to group reporting.

• No journal entries were posted in accounting since the last Release Universal Journal run.
• The universal journal data to be transferred to group reporting does not meet the requirements to be transferred.

1. Complete the mapping in the Assign GL to FS Item Mapping App.
2. Realign the Group Reporting Ledger in the Schedule Jobs for Consolidation Tasks App.
3. Run Release universal journal again.
4. If this does not work run Release Universal Journal again within the Schedule Jobs for Consolidation Tasks App selecting exact period mode.
