3697537 - Understanding Access to Picklist Center in SAP SuccessFactors

Symptom

Customer would like to know how to access picklist center and what permission is required.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

Please kindly refer to  MDF Picklists | SAP Help Portal 

To be able to access Picklist Center, having access to either of the two permissions will provide access to picklist center.

1) Metadata Framework > Configure Object Definitions

*Kindly note: grant Configure Object Definintions permission will also make user be able to access Configure Object Definition Page, kindly refer to:  Configuring Permissions for an MDF User Role | SAP Help Portal , and there is currently no plan to enhance it.

2) Manage System Properties > Picklist Management and Picklists Mappings Set Up
