3697605 - 'Notify Calibration Rating Changes during Session Finalization' notification does not display the facilitator's name and email address

• The email notification titled 'Notify Calibration Rating Changes during Session Finalization' does not display the facilitator's name and email address correctly.
• Instead of the actual name and email address, the tokens [[FACILITATOR_NAME]] and [[FACILITATOR_EMAIL]] are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Launch the Performance Management Evaluation form.
2. Enter the ratings into the review and advance it to the Calibration step.
3. Start a Calibration session with a facilitator and adjust the subject's position in the 9-box grid, then finalize the changes.
4. The manager receives an email with the rating changes.
5. The email notification does not display the facilitator's name and email address but shows the tokens [[FACILITATOR_NAME]] and [[FACILITATOR_EMAIL]] instead.

Configuration issue: The facilitator does not have themselves in the Target Population for the "User Search" permission and therefore cannot search for themselves in the system.

Modify permissions to ensure that every user who needs to receive the email notification has the "User Search" permission and can search for themselves in the system by including themselves in the Target populaton.
