3697608 - Functional area is re-derived for sender in Universal Allocation when it is empty in sender postings

When executing Universal Allocation (Distribution), the Functional Area (FKBER) of sender line items is derived again in the resulting FI document, even though the sender’s Functional Area is empty in the original postings and the Allocation Results app shows the sender Functional Area as empty.
