3697631 - Service Confirmation Approval Not Available in Mobile App – SAP Business ByDesign

Service Confirmation approval notifications are not received in the SAP Business By Design mobile application approval list. However, the same Service Confirmation is visible and can be approved successfully when accessed through the web application.

SAP Business By Design

Mobile Application:

1. Log in to the SAP Business By Design mobile application.
2. Open the Home screen and select Manager Approvals.
3. No approval notification is received, and the Service Confirmation is not displayed in the approval list.

Web Application:

1. Log in to SAP Business By Design using a web browser.
2. Open Managing My Area and navigate to Approvals.
3. The Service Confirmation is displayed and can be approved successfully.

Currently Service Confirmation approvals are not available on the mobile application because they are not included in the supported approval types.

This is a standard system limitation and works as designed.

1. Approve Service Confirmations using the web application by navigating to Managing My Area → Approvals.
2. If mobile approval is required, submit a feature request through the SAP Influence Portal: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/.
