3697631 - Service Confirmation And Liquidity Management Approval Not Available in Mobile App – SAP Business ByDesign

Service Confirmation and Liquidity Management approvals are not visible in the SAP Business ByDesign mobile application approval list. 

SAP Business ByDesign

Mobile Application:

1. Log in to the SAP Business By Design mobile application.
2. Open the Home screen and select Manager Approvals.
3. No approval notification is received, and the Service Confirmation/Liquidity management is not displayed in the approval list.

Web Application:

1. Log in to SAP Business By Design using a web browser.
2. Open Managing My Area and navigate to Approvals.
3. The Service Confirmation/Liquidity Management is displayed and can be approved successfully.

This behavior is due to the following standard system limitations:

• Service Confirmation/Liquidity management approvals are not part of the supported approval types in the mobile application.
• The mobile application supports only a limited set of predefined approval scenarios, and this functionality works as designed.

1. Approve Service Confirmations /Liquidity management using the web application by navigating to Managing My Area → Approvals.
2. If mobile approval is required, submit a feature request through the SAP Influence Portal: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/
