3697651 - Unable to display Product Hierarchy characteristic in Market Segment – Plan/Actual Fiori apps

Symptom

The customer performs COPA planning using Margin Analysis allocation cycles in Fiori apps and allocates data by Product Hierarchy. However, Product Hierarchy characteristics are not available in the navigation panel or report settings, so the report cannot be displayed by Product Hierarchy.
