3697764 - Employee Rating visibility control in specific section of PM Form

The manager rates all the sections during the Manager Evaluation stage, but the employee only rates on competency section.

During the Manager evaluation stage, the employee's rating appears in all sections and want it to appear only in the Competency section.

System Expected behavior

Once an employee provides a rating in any section, that rating becomes visible across all sections in subsequent steps such as Manager Evaluation. The system does not support restricting employee rating visibility to a single section.

 This is current system standard design.
