3697771 - Feasibility check to send the copy of completed ADC form to HR team

ADC completion form to be send in email as attachment

1) Login as onboardee
2) Complete the ADC
3) Email notification is not triggering with the completed ADC custom form.

Expected Behavior

It is not possible to send the email notification with the completed custom task form after ADC completion.
