3697772 - Create user button is not functioning in non-English SAP Analytics Cloud interface

• The "Create User" button does not function when the user interface is set to a non-English language, such as Japanese or Chinese.
• The page flashes but does not proceed to the user creation screen.
• Error message observed in the console log: "Uncaught (in promise) Error: 'security-wizard-dialog-__jsview1-user-layout-EshComp-wizard-form-content-form-create-users-input-ユーザID' is not a valid ID."

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.21

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud using an administrative user.
2. Navigate to "Settings" via the user icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
3. In "Language and Region," change the display language to Japanese (日本語) or Chinese (简体中文).
4. Save the changes and allow the page to refresh automatically.
5. Navigate to the "Users" screen and click the "Create User" button.
6. Observe that the page flashes but does not proceed to the user creation screen.

This is a product defect.

The issue is planned to be fixed in 2026 QRC 1 version.
