3697803 - Unexpected text changes observed along with icon updates in Minor Visual Changes in 2H 2025 release

With the introduction of the 2H 2025 release, the error message displayed when a profile is not found in the Org Chart changed. Is this expected?

Before, the error message displayed was:

• "No results found. The employee is inactive or can't be found."

The error message now says:

• "We could not find this. The employee is inactive or can't be found."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Search for an inactive user
2. Open the Spotlight and click the icon to navigate to the Org Chat
3. Error message is displayed: "We could not find this. The employee is inactive or can't be found."

We confirmed with the Product Management team this is an intended change applied in the 2H 2025 release.

There is no change made to the message "The employee is inactive or can't be found." This is a text that can be changed using the Manage Language tools by modifying key ECT_WORKPROFILE_ORGCHART_EMPLOYEE_NOT_FOUND.

The other message, "We could not find this", is hard coded and cannot be changed.
