3697838 - Clarification on WCR procedure of Change of Functional Currency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In SAP Help Portal page Change of Functional Currency, it says:

Once you've defined the functional currency in your configuration settings, and there are postings across your system landscape, you can't change it. You can use this procedure to change the functional currency even though you've already defined a functional currency and postings already exist across your system landscape, and migrate the old functional currency of existing journal entries to the new functional currency. Note that changing the functional currency has the character of a migration project. 

In below procedure, it says:

The system displays the following error message: You can't change the functional currency for company code <changed company code> and you can't save your changes.

Contact SAP, using the Worldwide Customer Requests Repository (WCR), to change the error message into a warning message.

When the error message has been changed into a warning message, you can continue and save your changes.

You need clarification on this WCR step.
