3697852 - Reminder notification contains inactive items - SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Managers see "Attention required" for direct reports but there is no overdue item for the user.
• Manager can click "Send Reminder" and the mail body includes inactive items, which are not visible to managers or users in the ILX.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as manager and go to My Learning 
2. Note there is a warning : 1 team member has overdue training. Send a Reminder
3. Go to "Team View".
4. Observe the warning "Attention required" for the affected user.
5. Click "Send Reminder" to preview the email.
6. Note that the email body includes inactive items that are not visible in the manager or user view.
7. Verify that the item listed in the email is inactive and part of a curriculum

The query used to populate curriculum items in Send Reminder feature does not filter out inactive curriculum items.

Our engineering team has finalized the fix which will be delivered in 1H2026.

Workaround:

• Remove the inactive item from curriculum if it's no longer required, or activate the item if you still want users to complete it.
