3697892 - Email Trigger even after Completion of Task

Email Reminders keep on triggering even task is completed.

Email reminders are still being sent even after onboarding tasks have been marked as completed for multiple employees. This issue is occurring for the following triggers:

(ONB) Compliance Document Flow Trigger
(ONB) Compliance Paperwork Trigger

1) Go to Email Services
2) Email status -> Filter using the trigger condition 
3) See multiple email even after completing the task.

Code correction defects have been raised to handle the mentioned two triggers.
