While adding a concurrent employment, the page freezes and becomes unresponsive.

1. Log into the instance
2. Navigate to the employee
3. Click in Action
4. Add a concurrent employment
5. Observe that the screen freeze and becomes unresponsive

The issue occurs due to the presence of the "%" character in the name field within personal information.

Remove the "%" character in the name field within personal information.
