3698100 - Interview cancellation/delete emails triggers are not received despite being logged in correspondence portlet - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • Emails triggers from trigger:  "Interview Delete Notification" and "Candidate Deleted from Interview" are not received by the intended recipient. However related emails are logged in the correspondence portlet of the application.
  • Other recruiting emails triggers are functioning as expected.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to recruiting>>interview scheduling>>Schedule an interview (Book the slot)
  2. Delete this booked interview
  3. Check the correspondence portlet for logged emails related to interview cancellation. However the same is not received in the recipient's inbox.
