Symptom
- The product catalog file is correctly set up in Predict and uploaded successfully, but it is not forwarded to Smart Insight.
- The Sales Data file is forwarded correctly, but the Product Catalog file is not.
- Smart Insight does not ingest the daily product catalog, and the Product Data view remains empty.
- Despite adjustments to the filename pattern in Smart Insight Settings tool, the issue persists.
- No error messages or error codes are show in Smart Insight Data Quality tool.
