3698108 - Blank Metric ID values appear in custom report copied from Sample Report in SAP Sustainability Control Tower

Symptom

  • When a standard Sample Report in SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) is copied to create a custom report, and additional columns (like 'Measure') are added to a table or chart, you may observe the following issues:

    • Unexpected rows appear in the report output.
    • These new rows display values from the measure but have a blank or null value in the 'Metric ID' or 'SCT Metric Name' field.
    • This can give the appearance of duplicated data, where one row is complete and the other is missing the Metric information.
